why therapy?

If you are exploring therapy as an option, it’s likely that at least one part of your life hasn’t turned out the way you imagined.

This could be due to a recent event, like a sudden change or traumatic occurrence. It could also be due to more general feelings of low self-worth or emptiness. Regardless of your reason for seeking counseling, the evidence is clear: therapy with a trusted, qualified clinician can lead to profound, positive changes in your life.

If you are feeling discouraged about the past, stuck in the present, or apprehensive about the future, therapy can be a source of clarity, insight, and healing.

Setting aside time each week in the form of a therapy session is one way to ‘show up for yourself’— particularly if you feel you haven’t been able to prioritize your own growth lately.

why now?

I truly believe that the person best qualified to make this decision is you. The following questions may help you to determine whether now is the time for you to take action:

  • Do you feel unfulfilled in your personal relationships?

  • Do you feel blocked in getting things done?

  • Have loved ones commented that you seem different or hard to be around?

  • Is it tough for you to calm yourself down or manage your stress?

  • Do you feel out of touch with your true authentic self?

  • Are things from your past holding you back from the kind of life you deserve?

  • Are you less interested in things that used to make you happy?

  • Is your career a source of frustration or anxiety?

It requires bravery and vulnerability to ask for help. Please know you are not alone, and if you feel the time is right, reach out and set up a free consult with me to learn more.

You deserve to thrive.
